The Kanchana M Foundation has been created (by her husband, Bernard) to continue the work of Kanchana (Mouthon), keeping her spirit alive as a living memorial and as a beacon of inspiration. The foundation, by supporting projects that focus on education and health, will continue her legacy as a woman of kindness and generosity who dedicated her life to helping others.

The Baninsio School
Under the leadership of Mr. Bernard Mouthon, and thanks to the generosity of many donors, the Kanchana-Foundation started its first project: the Baninsio school.
Baninsio is a small village of about 500 inhabitants located in the northeast of Thailand, 34 kilometers from the city Mukdahan in which Kanchana spent his childhood.
The school welcomes 64 children aged 5 to 12 years old.
The project involves funding several stages:
This first phase was carried out thanks to the action of the director of the school, Mr. Thenaphon Tenathananon, his head teacher Mr. Jaiton Suphawet and his assistants.
This first phase having been completed, children will be able to take advantage of their new facilities from the start of the school year.
The Kanchana-Foundation thanks everyone who contributed to the success of this first project.
